Field Notes Press ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, subscribe to our publications, or use our mobile app; how we use that information; and what rights you have with respect to your data.

Payment transactions are processed by a third-party payment processor (see Section IV). We do not store your full credit card number or payment credentials on our servers.

— Comments. If you participate in our comments section, we collect your display name, email address, and the content of your comments. Your display name and comments will be visible to other users. Your email address will not be publicly displayed.

— Payment Processing. Subscription payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. Your payment information is transmitted directly to and stored by the payment processor in accordance with their own privacy and security practices. — Analytics. We use analytics services to help us understand site and app usage, as described in Section I. These services collect data subject to their own privacy policies.

— Email Delivery. We use a third-party email service to deliver our newsletter and transactional emails. Your email address and name are shared with this provider solely for the purpose of delivering communications you have requested.

We do not integrate third-party advertising networks, data brokers, or social media tracking pixels into our services.

V. DATA RETENTION
